$50 Multimeter Shootout
Here's a great video from David Jones' EEVblog, in which he reviews five multimeters that retail for less than $50.

David goes thru the specification for each meter, demonstrates their operation, and reviews elements such as industrial design, ergonomics, speed, accuracy, ruggedness, and special features.
