Links			6805 Intro The 6805 family is Freescale's simplest and least-expensive family of microcontrollers. The breadth of devices is quite large, ranging from tiny 16-pin chips to larger parts with more memory and peripherals. Nearly all the devices are single-chippers and use ROM or OTP ROM.
